we are now recording all right I will call to order the special meeting of the Keene board education for June 2nd 2020 for the record this is considered an emergency meeting due to the pandemic orders issued by governor sununu and therefore we are all connected remotely can I have a motion to go into non public in accordance with RSA 91a for student Personnel matters thank you Scott Mario Scott made the motion Rebecca 2nd and Jennifer can you run a quick roll call for us please yes mr. Downing East Lancaster mr. Starkey no the whole purpose of it is everything okay so I'm going to stop the recording if you will allow me to log off of the zoom meeting I will send you another link because we have three people who were still in attendance and I will send you a link to the non-public in the matter of 2 minutes okay we're recording once again George you're muted who's the non-public portion of the meeting we are not accepting other business at this particular meeting so thank you all for coming and we are adjourned I'll see some of you and committee meetings in 15 minutes thank you thank you George
