Community Use of Facilities - Rent a Facility

Some outdoor and indoor facilities are available for rent.
Please contact Ken Dooley for a list of open facilities.

It is the responsibility of the user to adhere to CDC and NH Government's COVID 19 guidelines for outdoor activities when using our facilities.
 
Please note: There is a minimum 2 weeks' notice required for any facility request. All request made within the 2 week window will not be considered and will be denied.
 
Keene School District is pleased to announce a new Calendar Based system, called Community Use for the submission of Facility Rental requests.
 
  1. To begin, click on the following link: http://www.communityuse.com/default.asp?acctnum=986120979
  2. The link will bring you to an Keene School District, Buildings & Grounds Community Use interactive calendar.
  3. In the top right corner of the calendar page click "login"
  4. Returning users login with the email address and password they've already setup.

    1. If you're a new user click on the "Create One" link above the login boxes. New users will be asked a series of questions about their organization. Once you have completed the necessary information click "submit"
    2. Your request to be a user of the system is then sent to the Maintenance Department for review. Once approved you will receive email confirmation and will be able to use the system.
    3. After you have received the confirmation email sign in using Steps 1-4.

  5. At this point above the calendar you will see 7 tabs - Click "Request Facility Use"
  6. Follow the on screen instructions to submit a request.
