KSD Multi-Function School Activity Bus

Listed below are the procedures for the use of the Keene School District Multi-Function School Activity Bus (MFSAB).  All requests for use of the MFSAB are required to be made at least two (2) weeks in advance of the requested use. No request made within the two weeks of use will be approved. 
 
Staff of Keene School District may use the Multi-Function Student Activity Bus (MFSAB) for approved field trips and events that require the transportation of no more than fourteen (14) passengers and one (1) driver.

Step 1 - Becoming an approved driver
Read and understand the MFSAB Procedure Manual
Complete both the “MFSAB Orientation Video” and the “Collision Avoidance Training Video” both located on this website. 

Upon completion of above requirements contact [email protected] to request the “Procedure and Training Acknowledgment Form”

This form will be sent to you electronically, requiring an e-signature.  

 

You must also submit a Motor Vehicle Records Employee Authorization form with a copy of your valid driver’s license to the Keene School District Facility Department to complete step 1.

 

Step 2 - MFSAB Request Form
Once an approved driver, a request submission form will be sent to you to fill out for each requested use of the MFSAB. Requested use is only considered confirmed after you receive a confirmation email for the date and time requested. 

 

Step 3 Check in/Check Out
Check Out / Check In -  MFSAB at KSD Maintenance Department. 
 
Keys for the MFSAB will not be released without a valid driver’s license on file.
